Avocado sauce with canned tuna makes a great shrimp salad dressing. It is an excellent alternative to the usual mayonnaise.

- 150 gr. olives;
- salt and pepper to taste.
To prepare the sauce, you need to buy canned fish; choose tuna in its own juice. Since when using fish in oil, the sauce will turn out to be excessively fatty. Remove the canned fish from the jar and mash with a fork. We don’t pour the liquid out of the jar yet, it may be useful to us.
We chop the olives, there is no need to chop them too much, since the sauce will still be crushed using a blender. Peel the avocado, remove the pit from the fruit and cut into medium-sized cubes. Grind the avocado, fish and olives using a blender until pureed. Salt and pepper the mixture. If it turns out to be too thick, then it can be diluted with the juice remaining in a fish can or brine from olives. The consistency of the sauce should be similar to mayonnaise.
Advice! In this recipe, olives can be replaced with pickled cucumbers, the taste of the sauce will change slightly, but it will still be delicious.

How to Make Lemon Salad Dressing
