  3. Cut the lard or bacon into medium pieces, and the hot pepper into small circles.

  4. Place thoroughly washed and well-dried potatoes, chopped lard, peeled garlic cloves, hot pepper rings, and any spices you like into the pastry sleeve.

    We had it: ground cumin and black pepper.

    Add salt to taste, but don’t add too much, lard also contains salt. We fill with vegetable oil and, taking the sleeve in our hands, shake the contents inside so that all the spices are evenly distributed between the tubers.

You will get a very tasty, aromatic and juicy dish. All this beauty is baked in the oven for exactly an hour, and you won’t have to bother with preparation for long.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken thighs or legs - 2 pcs.
  • Bacon – 150 g
  • Champignons – 300 g
  • Potatoes - 7 medium pieces.
  • Onion - 1 pc.
  • Garlic - 4 cloves
  • Any spices for chicken (paprika, thyme, black pepper)
  • Vegetable oil and salt - to taste
  1. Cut the peeled potatoes into large slices. Champignons - in quarters.

  2. Peel the garlic and cut the onion into large cubes.
