- Add cauliflower. Mix all the ingredients and simmer everything together for another 5-7 minutes.

Frozen cauliflower in batter
A simple recipe for frozen cauliflower for the winter.
Ingredients (for 4 servings):
- Cauliflower – 1 kg
- Eggs - 3 pcs.
- Sour cream - 1 glass
- Flour - 150 g
- Soda - on the tip of a knife
- Salt - 1 teaspoon (to taste)
- Sugar - 0.5 teaspoon (to taste)
- Vegetable oil (for frying) - 4 tbsp. spoons
- Or butter (for frying) - 30 g
Preparation - 30 minutes (your 30 minutes):

- How to cook frozen cauliflower in batter: Wash the cabbage. For cauliflower (1 kg), remove the leaves and part of the stem 1 cm below the branch.
- Clean surface dirt with a knife.
- Boil the kettle. Place the cabbage in a saucepan and pour boiling water over it. Add some salt. Boil the cabbage in salted water until tender (about 5 minutes).
- Drain the cabbage in a colander. Air cool.
- Pack tightly in a plastic bag. Seal the package. Freeze for 24 hours in the freezer. Store for no more than 8-10 months.

Vegetables in batter
Wash the pumpkin, zucchini and eggplants, cut into pieces, lightly salt and leave for 20-30 minutes.

Divide the cauliflower into bunches and pour boiling water over them. Wash the pepper, remove the seeds, cut into rings, and pour over boiling water. Wash shallots (small onions) and pour boiling water over them. Wash the leeks, cut into pieces and boil for 2 minutes. Roll the prepared vegetables first in beaten egg mixture, then in crushed breadcrumbs and fry well in a large amount of vegetable oil, browning. It is more convenient to fry vegetables in small portions. Place the finished assortment on a dish and sprinkle with crushed garlic along with dill before serving. This dish is well served with sour cream and horseradish sauce. Assorted vegetables can be a side dish for meat or fish.

Cooking delicious and tender cabbage with egg, onion and semolina
Chop the cabbage quite finely. Peel the carrots and grate them on a coarse grater. Peel the onion and cut into very small cubes.

Place a frying pan on the fire and heat the vegetable oil for frying. Lay out the cabbage. Set the heat to medium. While stirring, fry the cabbage over medium heat for five minutes.
