Pork with apples in the oven

I recommend serving this delicious, very aromatic pork with apples hot. It's so delicious, make more right away!

Ingredients:

  • pork (pulp) - 400 g;
  • apples (sweet and sour) - 1-2 pcs.;
  • onion - 1 pc.;
  • garlic - 1 clove;
  • salt, pepper mixture - to taste;
  • sugar - 1 tbsp. l.;
  • honey - 1 tbsp. l.;
  • vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l.;
  • water - 50-60 ml.

Cooking steps:

Cut the pork into large steaks (not thin). Beat a little with a hammer, add salt and sprinkle with a mixture of peppers. Leave for 15 minutes.

Cut the onion into half rings, core the apples and cut into slices, cut the garlic into 4 parts.

Fry the pork in a frying pan heated with vegetable oil, 2-3 minutes on each side, over high heat. Remove meat from pan.

Reduce the heat and place the garlic in the same frying pan with the fat, fry it until golden brown and discard. Next, put the onion in the pan, fry for 2 minutes, add apples, sprinkle with sugar. Stir and simmer the apples until the sugar begins to turn into caramel.


Then pour in water and add honey. Stir, bring to a boil and turn off the gas. Place the pork in a baking dish, place apples and onions on top of each steak along with honey syrup.

Bake pork in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 35-40 minutes. If necessary, add a little water to the meat.

Cut the pork into pieces, like chops, only smaller in size.

HOW TO COOK:

  • Milk (Sauce) - 350 ml;
  • Wheat flour / Flour (Sauce) - 1 tbsp. l.;
  • Nutmeg (Sauce) - 1 pinch;
  • Black pepper (Sauce) - 1 pinch;
  • Turmeric (Sauce (optional)) - 1 pinch;
  • Spices (For meat to taste (I use dry adjika, paprika, garlic seasoning, black pepper)) - 2 tsp;
  • Salt - 1.3 tsp;
  • Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. l.;
  • Semi-hard cheese - 180 g.

Recipe for “Pork baked with apples”:

Take a good piece of boneless neck and trim off any excess fat on top, if there is any. Cut into portions about 1-1.5 cm.

Let's prepare bechamel. Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a saucepan and vigorously stir in the flour. Without ceasing to stir, pour in the milk in small portions. Stir constantly, add salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Bring to a boil. We don’t stop interfering. Cook until thickened over low heat for about 3-4 minutes.

Peel the apples and cut out the middle. Cut into thin slices. The circles will go on top of the meat more carefully. The rest is under it. Apples are no less tasty than meat. I tried adding more of them, but the result was not impressive. For me this is the perfect amount.

Melt the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter and pour them onto a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil. This step is essential for delicious apples. Place 1/2 of the apples in one layer.

Salt and pepper the meat and place it on the apples. Place the rest of the apples on the meat and coat all the beauty with sauce.

Not long ago I discovered a new technology for roasting meat. Try it too. I heat the oven at 190 degrees. I put the meat there. When the indicator goes out after closing the door for about 3 minutes or a little less, I set it to 200 g and turn on the fan for 10 minutes. Another 5 minutes without a fan at 190 degrees. The meat gets a wonderful crust.
