Due to its structure it is suitable for feeding children. The recipe is so simple that even a novice cook can handle it. You just need to prepare all the products, and the multicooker will do the cooking.

Depending on the volume of the multicooker, you can cook pieces of different sizes. I have it 4.5 liters, 1 kg of meat fits there. However, in this case it is worth increasing the cooking time by another 30 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • pork neck or other part with a minimum amount of fat - 400 g;
  • salt - 0.5 tbsp;
  • seasonings: Provencal herbs - 3 tsp;
  • dill (fresh herbs) - a bunch;
  • soy sauce - 50 ml;
  • onion - 1 pc.;
  • olive oil - 3 tbsp.

Preparation:

Wash the meat and dry it with paper towels. I like to cook whole pork, because for my taste it turns out much tastier, and the meat is more juicy.

Place the meat in a bowl, add salt and spices. I really like pork in combination with Provençal or Italian herbs.

But, ground black pepper, dried parsley, oregano, and basil are also great here. You can also use complex spices “for meat” or “for pork”, which are sold in any grocery store.

In principle, you can also use sunflower oil, but it must be refined, so as not to spoil the taste and aroma.

We tie the sleeve and smoothly move it in our hands so that the mixture completely covers the meat and is evenly distributed.

Place in a multicooker; the bowl should be dry and clean. We don’t pour anything extra. Close the lid and select the “baking” mode, cook for 1 hour, 20 minutes.

During this process, the bag will inflate and may push the lid out, so after 20 minutes, look into your slow cooker and, if necessary, make a few holes with a toothpick.

After the signal, open the lid and let the steam escape, be careful not to burn yourself on the edges of the bowl and the bag.

Carefully remove the meat, cut into comfortable pieces and serve. Mashed potatoes, buckwheat or pasta are perfect as a side dish. The meat turns out incredibly juicy and tender; this effect can never be achieved in the oven.

  6. Place the nut in a baking sleeve and tie the ends. Place it in another sleeve and tie it tightly as well.
  7. Place the bag of nuts in the slow cooker.
  8. Pour boiling water over the nut until it is completely covered.
  9. Set the “Extinguishing” mode for 1 hour. After the signal, leave for 10 minutes under the lid.
  10. Then set the same mode for another 30 minutes.
  11. Remove the finished meat from the multicooker and cool in the packaging to room temperature, and then put it in the refrigerator for 8-10 hours.
