Knead the fermented dough and divide it into 2 parts of approximately 400 grams each. This is for "thick" pizza. The thickness of the baked dough will be about 5 mm. If you want a “thin” pizza, then you need to take 300-330 grams of dough. The thickness will be about 3 mm. Roll into balls and let rest for 20-25 minutes under film. this way it will be easier to stretch it into a flat cake.

  • Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp. l.
  • Dry yeast – 10 g.
  • Salt – 1 tsp.
  • Sugar – ½ tsp.

Combine all dry ingredients except flour in a bowl. Add flour little by little. Mix everything thoroughly with a spoon or silicone spatula. Knead the dough into a fairly elastic dough, forming it into a ball. Cover with a napkin and put in a warm place for 40 minutes so that it rises properly.

Turn on the oven and preheat it to 180°. In the meantime, while the oven is heating up and the dough is rising, prepare the filling.
