How to cook:

Tip: if you don't use mayonnaise in your dishes, replace it with sour cream, unsweetened yogurt or bechamel sauce based on flour, butter and milk.

7. Place the onion cut into half rings on the potatoes.

8. Place all the fried minced chicken on the onion. Tip: You can make two or three layers of potatoes with minced meat, then your casserole will look even more interesting when cut. This serving option is good for a festive table in a large, deep form.

10. Lubricate the top of the future casserole with regular mayonnaise or whatever you used to coat the layers. Then we also evenly lay on top and level the prepared (see point 1) beef, rolled with onions in a meat grinder. We also lay out the remaining, second part of the potatoes evenly and carefully on top of it.

Brush the entire surface of the “assembled potato casserole” with the second raw egg and sprinkle breadcrumbs on top.

3) Place our casserole in a preheated oven and at a temperature of about 200-220C, bring it to readiness (“ROSSEN”) for 25-30 minutes.

After cooking, let the casserole cool for 10-15 minutes, cut it into portions and start tasting our favorite children's meat casserole!
