  5. Fill half a large saucepan with water and wait until the liquid boils. Dip the cabbage leaves into boiling water in small portions, and after boiling again, boil them over high heat under the lid for 3-5 minutes.
  6. After this time, remove the leaves and cool.
  7. Take a large bunch of parsley, wash it thoroughly, and then cut off any stems that are too long or thick. Finely chop the rest of the green part and place it in a bowl with minced meat.
