Classic pasta recipe

Classic chocolate spread can be made without nuts. However, for a rich taste, it is recommended to throw in about 100 or 150 g of nut kernels. For example, peanuts or hazelnuts.

And then you will need to roll everything out very thin, and after that the dough will need to be cut into strips. Just before rolling out, you will need to rub the table and rolling pin with flour. The noodles will need to be mixed with flour, then wait for them to dry a little; excess flour will need to be shaken off. Cook in large quantities of boiling water for no longer than 5 minutes.

Homemade cocoa-based paste

  • 3 tbsp. l. powdered sugar;
  • 4 tbsp. l. cocoa;
  • 0.2 kg butter;
  • 0.9 liters of high fat cream;
  • 3 tbsp. l. corn flour.

Preparation:

To make the treat tastier, add 1 spoon of liqueur or vanilla seeds.

How to cook classic Bolognese pasta?

This pasta recipe is also quite simple; the cooking process itself is not complicated. Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the spaghetti. Meanwhile, make the sauce.

Chop the onion and garlic cloves. Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a deep frying pan. Place chopped onion, garlic and salt (half a teaspoon). Fry for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Place ground beef in skillet and cook for five minutes. Add tomato puree, reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes. That's it, the preparation of Bolognese pasta according to the recipe presented above is actually finished.

  3. Gradually start adding milk powder. Continue whisking until lumps are completely dissolved. The mixture should become thick.
  4. Pour in the vegetable oil in a thin stream while stirring constantly.
  5. Add cocoa powder and stir again.
  6. Add pre-chopped nut kernels. Stir again.

Thanks to the use of nuts, the chocolate spread is thick and tasty. It spreads well on any baked goods.

Tomato paste

This is one of the easiest pasta recipes. Its peculiarity lies in the use of cherry tomatoes, since they are always sweeter and juicier, and contain more pectin than regular large tomatoes. All these factors mean that cherry tomatoes are ideal for making a thick and flavorful sauce. This Italian pasta recipe requires just four ingredients and about 10 minutes of free time. So, you need:

  • 450 grams of dry pasta;
  • salt;
  • 4 medium-sized cloves of garlic, thinly sliced;
  • 6 tablespoons (or 90 ml) olive oil (extra virgin only);
  • 750 grams of cherry tomatoes;
  • 30 grams fresh basil leaves, coarsely chopped;
  • freshly ground black pepper;
  • Parmesan cheese.

White chocolate spread

  • 0.2 kg whole condensed milk;
  • 0.1 kg butter;
  • 130 g white chocolate;
  • 2 tbsp. l. almond flour.

Preparation:

  1. Break the chocolate bar into small pieces. Place in a metal container filled with condensed milk. Heat in a water bath. The chocolate should be completely dissolved.
  2. Mix butter (or margarine) with flour. Instead of wheat flour, you can use chopped almonds. Combine both parts and cook until a thick paste forms. The finished product can be used to decorate any desserts. The properties of chocolate paste extend the shelf life of baked goods.

How to cook vegetable pasta with chicken?

Sauté the carrots in a large frying pan with a tablespoon of olive oil and about a quarter cup of water. This will take about 15 minutes, cook covered. Add the onion, broccoli, red pepper and garlic to the carrots and continue cooking for another 10 minutes.

  • 150 g butter;
  • 0.2 l milk;
  • 0.2 kg granulated sugar;
  • 0.2 l sour cream;
  • 1 pack of vanilla.

Preparation:

  1. Combine cocoa with milk.
  2. Melt the butter in a water bath and add vanillin. Add the resulting mixture to the milk. Stir until lumps are completely dissolved.
  3. Let the mixture simmer over low heat. Add sour cream while stirring constantly. Pour in sour cream until the contents of the container boil. The cooking time will be about a quarter of an hour.
  4. Once prepared, place the chocolate spread in an airtight container. Store in the refrigerator.

There is an additional option for preparing pasta without using flour:

  • Fry the nuts in a dry frying pan;

After which it will need to be divided into 6 equal parts. After which you will need to lightly flour the table, roll out the dough as thinly as possible and after that you will need to roll the dough into a roll, after which you can cut the pasta. It is usually prepared in such quantity that it can be boiled immediately. Fresh homemade noodles should not be cooked for longer than 5 minutes.
