For our recipe for a quick cake in a frying pan, you need to choose good condensed milk. It should not contain dry whey, starch, etc. According to GOST, condensed milk must contain milk or cream and sugar. The presence of water and ascorbic acid is allowed. All other additives are a violation of production rules. We select butter according to the same criteria. Natural butter should contain only cream. But for this recipe, a spread is also suitable, which, according to GOST, may also contain vegetable fats. Choose white wheat flour. Preferably the highest grade . It is ideal for sweet baked goods. We use regular chicken eggs.

Cooking sequence

  1. First you need to prepare the custard so that it cools while we prepare the cakes. Combine all the ingredients for the cream in one saucepan and mix with a whisk. It is necessary that the lumps dissolve and the mixture becomes homogeneous. Place the pan on very low heat and cook until thickened. Do not forget to constantly stir the cream so that it does not burn. When the cream is ready, remove it from the stove and cool.
  2. Prepare the dough. To do this, mix all the ingredients intended for the cakes. First quench the soda with vinegar. Mix everything, then knead the dough with your hands. It should not be very steep and hard, so when you add flour, watch the consistency of the dough. You may need less flour than called for in the recipe.
  3. We bake cakes. To do this, you need to divide the dough into 7-8 parts. Then roll them out and bake in a pan for one minute on each side. There is no need to grease the pan. Be sure to pierce the uncooked cakes with a fork to prevent them from puffing up during baking.
  4. Grease the cooled cakes with the cooled cream. If you spread hot cakes, the cream will flow. Now everything is ready. Can be decorated.

How to cook “Quick “Minute” cake in a frying pan”

From flour, condensed milk, one egg and baking powder, knead a soft and elastic dough, divide it into 8 equal parts.

We take one ball of dough and roll it into a layer, preferably so that the layer is larger in diameter than the frying pan.

Now carefully transfer the layer to a heated frying pan (no need to add oil).

Fry each cake until dark spots form on the surface, this will take just a couple of minutes.

Then we cut each fried cake so that its diameter is slightly smaller than the dish on which we will assemble the cake.

Grind the remaining scraps from the cakes to fine crumbs.

For the cream, we pour milk into a saucepan, add sugar, eggs, 3-4 tablespoons of flour and vanilla sugar. Mix everything and put on fire, cook over low heat until the mass thickens.

Place the butter into the cream and stir until the butter is completely dissolved, cook the cream a little more and remove from the heat, set to cool.

While still warm, generously grease each cake layer and sides of the cake, sprinkle it with crushed crumbs and put the cake in the refrigerator to soak.

  3. We bake cakes. Divide the cold dough into 9-10 parts. Roll out with a rolling pin and bake each cake separately until golden brown.

Our quick cottage cheese cake in a frying pan, prepared in 10 minutes, will consist of several shortcakes coated with cream. Let's start with the test. Mix cottage cheese with egg and sugar, add vanillin, soda, slaked with vinegar, and gradually add flour. The result should be a dense, but not tough dough. For this you will need:

  • 2 cups (level) flour
  • 3 tbsp. l. cocoa (heapful)
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 pack of baking powder
  • 1 tbsp. Sahara
  • 0.5 tsp. salt
  • 2/3 tbsp. boiling water

For cream: 0.5 kg sour cream; 0.5 tbsp. Sahara

Preparation:

1. Mix all dry ingredients - flour, sugar, cocoa, salt.

2. Beat milk, egg and vegetable oil in another bowl.

  1. Mix these two mixtures so that there are no lumps.

This can be achieved either with a whisk or a blender.

  1. We put the kettle on the fire in advance and by this moment the kettle should boil.
  2. Pour boiling water into the mixture and stir quickly. The mass has the consistency of thick sour cream.

6. In a hot frying pan with a non-stick coating, place 2-3 tablespoons of the mixture in the middle, level it with a spoon, and form a crust.

7.Bake over medium heat until holes appear on the surface, then carefully turn over to the other side and continue to fry.

9. Prepare the cream. We will use sour cream.

Sour cream for cake

  • 0.5 l. mix sour cream with 0.5 cups of sugar and beat until thick foam.
