  1. First, beat the egg with cane sugar. It is this type of sugar that is recommended to be used for baking, as it is sweeter and caramelizes during cooking, which gives the finished dish a special taste.
  2. Pour the oil into the beaten eggs. Add vanilla to taste. Then mix slaked soda with vinegar. To prevent its smell from affecting the perception of the finished dish, use wine vinegar, which does not have a characteristic odor. Next, pour the flour into the mixture and shake until a homogeneous thick mass is obtained.
  3. Then add the rest of the flour and beat the dough. Try not to make it too steep. Wrap the bun in cling film and leave in the refrigerator until frozen.
  4. Prepare the cream. Place condensed milk and butter in a bowl. If you choose regular condensed milk, then cook it first. Beat condensed milk with butter using a blender.
  5. Then grate the frozen dough and place it on a baking sheet. Place it in the oven and wait until the dough is browned. Break the cake and mix with the prepared cream.
  6. Place the mixture in a mound and leave in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.

This anthill only in appearance resembles the famous cake. Its taste is completely different - delicate curd with soft inclusions of chocolate.

Ingredients for cooking:

  • – flour – 200 gr;
  • — egg – 2 pcs;
  • - condensed milk - 1 can;
  • — chocolate – 3 bars, 200 g each;
  • - baking powder or soda;
  • — heavy cream – 500 g;
  • — mascarpone – 500 g;
  • — granulated sugar – 150 g;
  • — gelatin – 18 g;
  • – canned cherries – 400 gr.

Recipe:

  1. Mix flour with baking powder or soda, add eggs, mix. Grate 2 chocolate bars on a fine grater and add to the dough. Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes, turning the temperature to 180 degrees. Cool the resulting cake.
  2. Prepare the cream. Cook gelatin according to the instructions on the package. Coarsely grate the remaining chocolate bar. Strain the juice from the cherries. Beat the cream and sugar with a blender, add cheese and chocolate chips, beat again. Add gelatin and cherries, mix gently.
  3. Break the cake with your hands, mix with cream and place in a mound. Place the cake in the refrigerator for 3 hours.

In appearance it does not look like most ordinary cakes consisting of short layers and cream, but this does not make it any less interesting and tasty. It’s very easy to prepare, you don’t need to bother with rolling out dough and baking cakes, everything is done quickly and simply. In appearance, the cake really does look like an anthill, especially if you lightly sprinkle it with poppy seeds.

Ingredients for cooking:

  • — 200 g butter;
  • - 0.5 tsp. slaked soda;
  • - 1 egg;
  • - 100 ml milk;
  • - 3 tbsp. l. Sahara;
  • - 1.5 stack. flour
  • for cream:
  • — 1 ban. boiled condensed milk;
  • - 100 g butter.

Recipe :

Cut the butter (you can use margarine) into pieces, put them in a saucepan and melt.

When it cools down a little, add sugar and egg.

Stir, pour in milk and slaked soda.

Add flour and bring the dough to a soft consistency. It is necessary to take into account that the dough will cool in the refrigerator and will become a little denser. Place the dough in the cold for 30-60 minutes.

Roll the dough through a meat grinder fitted with a small round hole.

Place the resulting “flagella” on a baking sheet lined with baking paper (no need to grease). If you don’t have a meat grinder or don’t want to wash it later, then the dough can be grated on a beetroot grater and spread on a baking sheet, only in this case, for convenience, you need to freeze it a little.

Bake in the oven until golden brown around the edges (30 minutes).

Place boiled condensed milk and soft butter in a bowl. For the Anthill cake, it is better if the condensed milk is not too thick, so it is better to cook it yourself for 80 minutes rather than buy ready-made boiled condensed milk in the store.

Beat with a mixer until a homogeneous cream is obtained.

Remove the baked cookies from the baking sheet, cool slightly and break into small pieces with your hands.

Pour in the cream made from condensed milk and butter, stir so that the cream is evenly distributed and greases all the cookie pieces.

Start placing the resulting mass on a flat plate, tapping the top forcefully with a spoon so that the cake compacts and there are no air voids inside. So gradually lay out the entire mixture in the form of a slide. It is very important to seal well on all sides so that the cake does not fall apart and looks good when slicing.

Quick shortbread dough with margarine is used as the basis for a delicious dessert. From which homemade cookies are baked and soaked in two types of cream. Try it, very tasty!

You will need:

  • for the dough: one glass of sugar;
  • one glass of sour cream;
  • two packages (200 g each) of margarine;
  • soda slaked with vinegar or baking powder;
  • six glasses of flour;
  • 0.2 kg walnuts;
  • half a bar of dark chocolate;
  • first cream: 2 tbsp. milk;
  • 3 pcs. eggs;
  • 0.2 kg sugar;
  • 25 g flour;
  • vanillin (optional) or vanilla sugar;
  • second cream: 0.6 kg butter;
  • 0.2 kg sugar;
  • boiled condensed milk (one jar is enough).

Prepare the dough. To do this, cut the margarine into cubes and beat it together with sugar, then add sour cream.


Already without a mixer, add flour and knead a pot-bellied lump of dough. Divide it into parts and refrigerate for an hour or two.


Now let's prepare the first cream (in the end, we will mix two prepared creams). First, beat all the dry ingredients with the eggs.

Then, pour the resulting composition into the milk preheated on the stove. Stir over low heat until a thick consistency is obtained. Let it cool.


For the second cream, cut the butter into cubes and beat together with sugar, add boiled condensed milk.


We take the dough out of the freezer and rub it onto a baking sheet covered with parchment paper, distributing the shavings over the entire area of ​​​​the baking sheet, avoiding the formation of a thick layer (at this stage, special precision is not needed - later you will understand why!).

Place the resulting mixture in the oven for a quarter of an hour at 180 degrees, until golden brown (it all depends on the layer, be careful here!). Meanwhile, fry the nuts in a frying pan without oil and, after allowing them to cool slightly, crumble them using a rolling pin.


After removing the dough from the oven, let it cool until it becomes hard. After this, mercilessly break and crumble into small pieces and add nuts.


Mix two creams into one and combine with the dry mixture, place on a dish and form a slide with wet hands.


We decorate our anthill with chocolate chips and put it back in the cold for a couple of hours!


Ready! You can serve it on the table straight from the refrigerator - in this case it will resemble delicious nut ice cream, and after warming up a little in a warm room, it will not only not spoil, but will acquire new taste qualities!
