This is my favorite recipe for delicious and simple cheese and sausage pizza . I cook mini-pizza very often and always take ingredients in arbitrary quantities, so to speak “by eye”. But for those who will cook this dish for the first time, I will outline the recipe in detail.
You need yeast dough, you can buy it, but I prefer to do everything myself.
How to cook mini pizza in a frying pan

Ingredients for the dough:
- Milk (warm) – 150 ml;
- Sugar – 1 tsp;
- Dry yeast – 1 tsp;
- Salt - a pinch;
- Vegetable oil – 20 ml;
- Flour – 300 g;
- Fresh thyme – 1 tbsp. l.
For filling:
- Tomato sauce;
- Onion – 1 pc.;
- Sweet pepper – 1 pc.;
- Baked chicken (sausage, ham);
- Hard cheese – 150 g;
- Salt, ground black pepper - to taste;
- Olives – 10 pcs.
What we do:
- Place flour in a bowl and pour warm milk into it. Add sugar and yeast. Knead with a spatula and leave them for 20 minutes.
- Add salt, thyme and vegetable oil. Knead the dough, cover it with a towel and put it in a warm place for 40 minutes. Meanwhile, cut the onion into thin half rings and fry it in a frying pan until golden brown.
- Add bell pepper, cut into cubes, to the onion. Fry the vegetables for a couple more minutes. At the end, add salt and pepper to the roast. Lightly knead the dough and roll it out into a layer approximately 4 mm thick. Let the dough rest for 10 minutes and then cut out circles from it.
- Be sure to pierce them with a fork. Fry the pieces in a dry frying pan on both sides until slightly golden brown. Then apply tomato sauce onto the browned base.
- Place fried vegetables and meat, cut into small cubes. Sprinkle grated cheese on top, garnish with half an olive and cover the pan with a lid.
- Leave to simmer over low heat until the cheese melts. We remove the products onto a flat plate and immediately try the amazingly delicious pastries.

After all, very often, some of the children do not eat mushrooms, some tomatoes or olives. For this case, I have a special recipe, tested on the most picky people. Their mothers are not overjoyed when they see their child devouring this dish.
Ingredients for children's pizza:
