For sauces and first courses, housewives most often prepare broth based on beef, lamb or pork tenderloin. It is best to take the meat on the bones, then the broth will be richer and thicker.

- 700 g beef tenderloin on the bone;
- 2.5 liters of filtered water;
- onion head – 1 pc.;

- 5 pieces. black peppercorns;
- 1 tbsp. l. table salt.
Preparation:
- Peel the onions and carrots and rinse thoroughly.
- Remove any remaining moisture with a paper towel.
- Cut the onion into 2-4 parts, chop the carrots into large rings.
- Place a dry frying pan on the stove and heat it. Place the chopped vegetables cut side down and fry for literally 2-3 minutes until an amber crust appears.
- Place the washed, bone-in beef tenderloin into a multi-cooker bowl.
- Add all the spices, spices and fried vegetables at once.
- Fill with filtered water and stir.
- Close the lid of the kitchen gadget and set the “Cooking” program mode.
- Add salt. Preparing the broth will take approximately two hours.
- It is recommended to strain the finished broth.
On a note! If you want the broth to be light, do not fry the vegetables first, but add them raw. Don't forget to strain the broth through a fine sieve or piece of gauze.
How to cook:
1 First, you should completely clean the chicken - rinse, remove any remaining feathers, etc.

3 Wash the carrots, peel and cut into 4 long pieces. Add to chicken.
4 Add salt and pepper to taste. Then bay leaf and pepper.

7 Turn on the “Stew” mode for an hour and a half, placing the bowl in the multicooker and closing it tightly with a lid.
8 After 30 minutes, foam will appear on top, it is better to remove it. In an hour the broth will be completely ready.
9 Now you should take out the bowl, strain the broth through a colander, and cut the meat. You can use it however you want - serve it with broth, use it in soup or any other type of dish.
All that remains is to figure out what to do with the bullion. It can be used to prepare aspic by adding gelatin, meat and vegetables. You can cook your favorite porridge on it. And some people drink the broth itself during cold weather, warming it up. The broth itself will also help you overcome the disease. - half a turkey carcass;
- parsley root to taste;
- frozen green peas – 70 g;
- carrots - 1 root vegetable;
- onion – 1 pc.;
- 3 pcs. black peppercorns;
- 1-2 pcs. bay leaves;
- 2 tsp. table salt;
- 1 tbsp. l. refined sunflower seed oil.
Preparation:
- Cut the cooled turkey carcass in half along the ridge. We need one half.
- Wash it thoroughly with water and cut it into portions.
- Place the turkey pieces in a multi-cooker bowl. Add one unpeeled onion, allspice black peppercorns, laurel leaves.
- Fill with filtered water.
- Set the program mode “Extinguishing”, time – 120 minutes.
- Peel the parsley root and carrots, rinse and chop.
- After the beep sounds, transfer the boiled meat to a plate and strain the broth through a sieve.
- Wash the multicooker bowl and dry it.
- Pour refined sunflower seed oil into the multicooker container.
