  • Minced meat - 400 g
  • Onions - 1 pc.

  • Tomato (large) - 1 pc.
  • Sandwich cheese - 8 slices
  • Sesame (for sprinkling) - 1 tbsp. spoon

Heat a tablespoon of vegetable oil in a frying pan and add minced meat.
I have homemade minced beef with onions. Salt, pepper and fry it until cooked, remembering to stir periodically and break up the lumps with a spatula. Defrost the puff pastry. Roll out the layer a little. Grease the baking pan and place the dough. I have a heat-resistant glass pan measuring 25x25 cm. You can bake and shape the cake directly on a baking sheet, after covering it with baking paper. Place ketchup and mustard directly onto the dough and spread the mixture over the dough. I made sides about 1 cm high. If the pie is on a baking sheet, grease it with ketchup and mustard, not reaching the edge 1 cm. Place the fried minced meat on top and distribute it evenly over the surface. I added onions to the minced meat. You can cut the onion into thin rings and place it on a layer of fried minced meat. Cover the minced meat with slices of sandwich cheese. Then comes a layer of pickled (salted) thinly sliced ​​cucumbers. Place thin slices of tomatoes on top of the cucumbers. Re-arrange the slices of sandwich cheese. Then cover the pie with the other half of the puff pastry and seal the edges.   1. To make cheeseburger buns, yeast dough is used, so the first step is to prepare the dough. Combine 300 ml into one mixture. milk with 450 gr. sifted flour, stir until smooth, add yeast. Be sure to warm the milk before mixing, otherwise the yeast will not start fermenting. After kneading, leave the mixture at room temperature, covered with a towel. Leave for 1 hour, during this period the dough will rise.
  2. When the specified period comes to an end, add the remaining sifted flour to the dough, add salt and granulated sugar. Melt the butter naturally, add the egg yolk, stir until smooth with a fork or whisk. Add to the dough, knead the mixture until completely elastic. Cover with a thick cloth and leave for another 2 hours until the mixture doubles in size.
  3. When the dough reaches the desired consistency, do not knead it. Carefully chop the mixture into 12 sections, dipping the knife into boiling water. Cover the resulting pieces with a towel and leave for half an hour. After this, you can begin to form the buns. Mash each piece separately, give the surface of the bun a rounded shape, and turn the edges down.
  4. Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil or line with parchment paper. Place the buns at a certain distance from each other, press on the surface, giving the desired flatness. Leave the dough again for 1.5-2 hours. Turn on the oven, removing the baking sheet from the cavity. Preheat the device to 200 degrees, adjust the temperature so that it does not “jump.”
  5. Mix the rest of the milk with the chicken yolk, beat with a mixer, let the foam settle. Using a brush or sponge, brush the surface of each loaf until golden brown. Sprinkle with white sesame seeds and bake the dough for a third of an hour. After the expiration date, immediately remove the rolls, otherwise they will dry out. Cook them into a cheeseburger after they've cooled completely.
  6. Many housewives prefer to prepare cheeseburger buns and then freeze them. The process of cooking “for future use” will allow you to make a cheeseburger at any convenient time. You just need to remove the product from the freezer and leave it at room temperature for 3 hours. For those who don’t want to bother with cooking, you can buy donuts with sesame or garlic (the first option is preferable).
