  • tomatoes – 4 pcs;
  • pitted olives – 1 jar;
  • smoked chicken breast – 150 g;
  • green onions and dill – 0.5 bunch;
  • hard cheese – 150 g;
  • boiled quail eggs – 6 pcs;
  • mayonnaise – 100 ml;
  • grain mustard – 1 tbsp.

Cooking method:

  1. Cut cucumbers, tomatoes, eggs and olives into slices.
  2. Break the chicken breast into fibers, grate the cheese, and chop the herbs.
  3. To dress the salad, mix mayonnaise and grain mustard, apply some of it to a salad plate.
  4. Place some of the chips in the middle of the plate, distribute the remaining components in sectors around the center: slices of tomatoes, eggs, cucumbers, chicken strips, olive rings and cheese shavings.
  5. Place each sector with a side of chips. Sprinkle the edge of the plate with mayonnaise and sprinkle with herbs.
