Good day, dear chefs! Recently it was my mother's birthday, and I decided to diversify the holiday menu. I prepared an unusual appetizer - stuffed squid in the oven. I chose this dish because it is quick and easy to prepare. Moreover, it turns out to be very light and delicate in taste - just right for the holiday table. And I didn’t go wrong with the treat! All the relatives really liked it. So I had to share the recipe for these squids several times during the evening.
