  • two medium apples or one large;
  • butter - 50 g;
  • sugar - 100 g;
  • sour cream - 4 tbsp. l.;
  • eggs - 4 pcs.;
  • a glass of chopped walnuts;
  • zest of one lemon.

Preparation

  1. Boil pasta or noodles until half cooked, drain.
  2. Separate the whites from the yolks.
  3. Add the yolks to the cottage cheese and mix.

The recipe does not say anything about the shape and configuration of the pasta. I reasoned logically that medium-sized flat pasta would look best in a sweet and short-cooking casserole, and I opted for Russian-made flat noodles. Homemade milk, egg too, I recalculated the recipe so that I could use a whole egg, which makes 4 servings according to kindergarten standards.

Mix the milk with a whisk with the egg, thoroughly washed with soda (as the instructions say), and sugar. I used raw milk, homemade milk, of course, pasteurized milk is also suitable. I didn’t increase the sugar, the pasta is pleasantly sweet without being cloying. The child helped me mix; he loves it.

I broke the long noodles into four pieces and let them cook in four times the volume of salted boiling water. Until ready, look at the package or try it on your teeth, no “al dente”, complete softness, remember that this is a kindergarten.

Place the finished pasta in a colander and return to the pan. Mix with butter and milk-egg mixture - leison.

Grease a 30 x 15 cm baking dish with butter.

Spread the pasta mixture and place in the oven preheated to maximum. The map says a vague number of 220-280 degrees, my electric oven gives a maximum of 230, and that’s how I cooked it. After the specified ten minutes, the pasta was not covered with the required golden crust, and I continued to cook it for another ten minutes. I cooled the finished pasta until warm and offered it to my son, he is 5 years old and does not go to kindergarten.

The child ate with pleasure, I think the whole family will eat it for breakfast, it’s quite a pleasant and very budget-friendly dish, which is also very important in our time.

  3. Next, add the minced meat and lightly fry it too. Add tomato paste, paprika, salt and pepper to the pan. Close the lid and keep on fire for another 2-3 minutes.
  4. Mix the boiled vermicelli with the fried minced meat and place this mixture in a baking dish.
  5. Now we prepare the filling. Take a glass of broth (you can use any meat or vegetable). Heat the broth to a boil and add processed cheese, cut into pieces, into it. Stir until the cheese melts.
  6. We dilute the flour in a small amount of cold broth and pour it into the cheese sauce, boil until thick and remove from heat.
