For this dietary jelly you will need the following ingredients:
- 1 liter of water
- 350 grams of any berries. You can use not only fresh, but also frozen.
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch. If you like thick jelly, you can take 3 spoons.
- Any sweetener to your taste.
- Spices. In this case we will use cinnamon.
Preparing PP jelly is very simple. While your water is boiling, chop the berries (you can crush them) and add sweetener to taste and starch. • Starch (2 tablespoons) • Oranges (8 medium-sized pieces) • Orange juice, ideally freshly squeezed (1 glass) • Canned pineapples (400 grams) • Granulated sugar (160 grams) • Dried ginger (1 pinch).
How to make homemade orange jelly:
1. Remove skins and bitter white membranes from citrus fruits. Divide into individual slices and place directly into the pan.
2. Place pineapples on top - no need to cut them, just drain the syrup (do not drink or pour it out - you will need it later!).
3. Sprinkle the fruit with ground ginger. Pour in a glass of juice squeezed from oranges and set the saucepan over low heat.
4. As soon as the composition boils, it is necessary to add starch diluted in pineapple syrup. This is done gradually, with continuous stirring.
5. Wait for the next boil. Boil the fruit jelly with a hint of ginger for a few more minutes until thickened. Serve chilled, garnished with lush whipped cream.

- 1 liter of water
- 200 grams of any dried fruits. Don't forget to wash them thoroughly in warm water before preparing the jelly.
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch.

- A little lemon or cranberry juice to add sourness.
Pour 750 ml of water into a container, add dried fruits, sweetener and cook until boiling. Then reduce the heat and cook until the dried fruits become soft. How to cook jelly from starch?

The easiest way is to make homemade jelly from starch and jam; you can add berry essence for flavor. For a rich drink, a few spoons of jam per liter of water is enough; it tastes best with strawberry. Even fermented jam will do. Making jelly from fresh apples is simple; the amount of sugar in the recipe depends entirely on taste preferences and the chosen type of fruit.
- Before cooking, apples should be washed, peeled, and boiled for several minutes in boiling water.
- Boiled fruits are crushed to a puree in a blender or on a grater.
- Starch is diluted in cold boiled water and filtered. Then the lumps are removed and added to the resulting applesauce.
- The fruit mass with starch must be mixed and added to the broth, bringing to a boil over low heat.
- As soon as the jelly boils, turn it off, stir and leave to cool.
To make the broth rich during cooking, you can add fruit peels, and then simply strain and remove them. If desired, add cinnamon or vanilla to the jelly. Seasonings will saturate the drink with aroma. You can use fresh honey instead of sugar.
Dietary jelly in a slow cooker from frozen berries
You can also prepare pp jelly in a slow cooker. You will need:
- 500 grams frozen berries
- 1 liter of water
- 2-3 tablespoons of starch. Depending on what consistency you prefer.
- Sweetener to taste. It is better to use agave syrup.
- Any spices
Place the frozen berries in a slow cooker, fill with water and set to “Steam” or “Baking” mode for 30-40 minutes. You should get a regular unsweetened compote. Now you need to strain it through a sieve. We return the broth back to the multicooker and set it to the “Steam” mode. At the same time, dilute the starch in one glass of water and pour it into the multicooker in a thin stream, stirring. Bring to a boil. The lid may not be closed. - Add dissolved starch little by little to the boiling water in which the berries are cooked. Stir thoroughly until the drink thickens.
- Turn off the heat on the stove and leave the mixture to cool. After 1 hour, you can pour the jelly into jugs. Place them in a cool place to help the dessert cool down better. After 5 hours you can use the jelly.

- 2 tablespoons cornstarch

- 800 ml water
