To prepare rice noodles yourself, you will need an egg and rice flour in the following proportions: for every 0.5 kg of flour - 3 eggs and 1 tbsp. water.   • Rice noodles – 100 g
  • Carrots - 1 pc.
  • Leek - 1 pc.
  • Zucchini - 0.5 pcs.
  • Garlic - 3 pcs.
  • Soy sauce - 2 tbsp.
  • Sunflower oil - 1 tbsp.
  • Salt - 1 tsp.
  • Sugar - 1 tsp.
  • Corn starch - 1 tbsp.

  1. Peel the carrots and zucchini, wash and dry. Cut into thin ribbons, turning them into vegetable “noodles”.

  • If the main dish is almost ready, then simply add the prepared funchose into it.
  • If you need to wait a little, then pour sesame oil over the noodles and mix gently. The mass will not further boil under the influence of its temperature, and will not stick together.

How to make onion soup

Soy sauce and rice noodles give this soup an Asian flavor. Please note that unlike our national cuisine, where fried vegetables are added to the broth, in this recipe the broth is added to the vegetables.

For the soup you need:

  • peeled head of garlic - 3 cloves;
  • 10 g potato starch;
  • bulb;
  • 30 ml soy sauce;
  • green onion feather;
  • 1.5 liters of chicken broth;
  • 45 g peasant butter;

  • 150 g noodles.
