Stuffed crab sticks with melted cheese and herbs
Ingredients:
- crab sticks 200 gr
- processed cheese 200 gr
- hard cheese 100 gr
- 2-3 cloves of garlic
- 2 boiled eggs
- mayonnaise 100 gr
Preparation:
Processed soft cheese, hard cheese, garlic, eggs through a fine grater, add a little mayonnaise (if it’s a little dry) and mix everything well.
Carefully unwrap the crab sticks and spread the mixture onto the surface, then wrap them up.
Place in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours, then cut diagonally.
With cottage cheese and herbs
Ingredients: 8-9 pcs. crab sticks, a bunch of fresh parsley and dill, 110 g of cottage cheese, a large spoon of fat sour cream, table salt, a mixture of ground colored peppers, 1 tooth. fresh garlic.
- Cottage cheese is thoroughly mashed with a fork with rich sour cream. Finely chopped herbs and crushed garlic are added to the future filling. The amount of the latter must be adjusted to the taste of everyone at home. The filling is salted and peppered.
- Each crab stick is carefully unwrapped. The filling is laid out in small portions onto the resulting layers.
- The blanks are rolled into even rolls.
