  • Lemon - 1 pc.

Next, sprinkle them with lemon juice, approximately 1 teaspoon is required. In this combination of products, let them stand for 20-30 minutes.

2. Now the most important thing is the batter. It's also very easy to do. To do this, mix flour with milk and mix well so that there are no lumps. Instead of milk, you can use mineral water or regular water.

Separate the yolks from the whites. Salt and pepper the yolks, beat a little with a fork. Add this yolk mixture to the flour mixture.

Important! With mineral water it turns out divine and wonderful, no worse than with milk.

Next, after the sticks are marinated, add the protein to the prepared mixture, stir and immediately dip the sticks in this liquid.
