Cooking method
Cut the pork pulp into medium portions, add salt and pepper, add chopped onions (2 - 3 pieces, you can cut them into any size), lemon juice and mayonnaise. Mix well and leave for an hour or two (I sometimes leave it in the refrigerator overnight).
Then cut the potatoes into strips, add a little salt, mix with chopped carrots, onions and season with vegetable oil. Stir and let it rest for 15 minutes.

Preparation
I washed the pork, dried it with paper towels and cut it into medium pieces - 4x4 cm. I put them in a very hot dry frying pan (if the meat is lean, without fat, you can add oil).
I fried it over high heat, always without a lid, so that the meat would quickly become crusty on all sides. This way we will “seal” all the juices inside each piece; they will be retained inside during stewing, which means the pork will turn out juicy and soft. At the very end of cooking, I sprinkled the fried meat with salt, pepper and dried thyme, warmed it for a few seconds to release the aroma of the spices, and then transferred it to a saucepan for stewing.

- We beat the meat on both sides and place it on a baking sheet, leaving a distance of about 1 cm between the pieces to make it easier to divide into portions. It is very convenient to beat such meat through cling film or a plastic bag. Then the pieces of meat will not stick to the hammer.
- Salt and pepper. If desired, sprinkle with your favorite meat seasoning.
- Cut the onion into thin rings and place on the meat.
- Lubricate the top with mayonnaise.
- Peel the potatoes and cut them into very thin slices, the thinner the better. Add salt, pepper, a little mayonnaise and mix well.
- Place the potatoes on the meat, stacking the circles on top of each other in several layers.
- Using a medium grater, grate the cheese and sprinkle it on top of the potatoes. Cook in the oven at 180°C for about 35 minutes.
Tip: if you have a bad oven that takes a long time to heat up or does not cook evenly, in this case, place a baking sheet with meat and potatoes without cheese. And only after 25 - 30 minutes, take out the baking sheet and spread the cheese over the surface of the meat and potatoes. Then keep the dish in the oven for about 15 minutes on low heat.

- Potatoes - 1 kg
- pork – 800 gr
- onions - 2 pcs
- sour cream - 2 tbsp. l
- water - 1/2 cup
- salt and ground pepper to taste.
Cooking method:
First of all, we prepare the necessary products. Then we wash the meat, cut it into medium pieces and transfer it to the prepared pot.
Next, peel the onion, chop it into small pieces and add to the meat.
Peel the potatoes, cut them into cubes and place them in a pot with the rest of the ingredients.
Add ground pepper and salt to taste, add sour cream, lightly spread it over the top and pour in half a glass of clean water.
Now close the lid and put the pot in the oven, set the temperature to 180 degrees, and cook for one hour. After the time has passed, turn off the oven and leave our dish to simmer in it for another 30 minutes.
Under no circumstances should we place a clay pot in an already preheated oven, as it may burst.
