So, to prepare noodles, you should knead the dough from water and flour, cover it with a towel for half an hour, and leave it in a warm place.

I think that, having prepared this dish, you will experience the same pleasure from tasty and aesthetically pleasing food. There is some difficulty in preparation, but it is not particularly high. You just have to tinker with the cutting and calculate everything in terms of cooking the noodles on time. After all, if you cook it before the vegetables are ready, they will cool down, and vice versa. It will take about half an hour to prepare. The recipe is for one serving.

I admit that the recipe was spied on. And not all the ingredients of the original are present in my dish. Alas, I was unable to withstand the cooking conditions. Therefore, the recipe will be mine, but I will describe the original cooking principle. Because I chopped the vegetables finely, but the author of the dish chopped them coarsely and fried them briefly to make them crunchy. Required ingredients:

Noodles - 100 g Bell pepper (preferably yellow) - 20 g Ginger - 20 g Leek - 20 g Corn - 20 g Carrots - 20 g Green beans - 20 g Champignons - 30 g Tomatoes - 20 g Dill - to taste Garlic - 1-2 slices Soy sauce - optional Olive oil - for frying.

Then, ideally, first chop all the ingredients, and only then add water for the noodles, etc. Otherwise, as my experience has shown, the noodles will cook faster. But I still first put a pan of water on the fire, salted the water and, bringing it to a boil, put in the noodles of a special format, and gradually cut and fried everything.

So, add coarsely chopped carrots to a frying pan with heated olive oil. I had frozen small carrots, I cut them up a little too. We put the corn almost next. I had a frozen one, but the original had heads of small sweet corn.

Everything is fried over medium heat, and with constant stirring. It would be ideal to cook everything in a wok. While the carrots and corn are frying, cut the ginger in the same format as the carrots, that is, coarsely. Let's do the same with garlic, which I had a lot of. Put them in the frying pan and continue frying everything.

Then, according to the original, there was asparagus, but I didn’t have any, so I put green beans in the pan, as well as thinly sliced ​​leeks. Now what a beautiful picture it turns out!

Since the beans were also frozen, I did not fry them for long. At the same time I cut the mushrooms. And I also added them to the pan.

Finely chop the greens. Ideally, parsley, cilantro and dill.

We cut the cherry tomatoes coarsely to retain their shape. And bell peppers - in long strips. Attention: we put them in last, and literally take half a minute to tire them out, otherwise it will turn out to be a mess.

Let's combine everything, take a little juice from the lemon, and add the noodles, which have already been cooked by this point, to the vegetables. Gently stir everything with two forks and quickly serve. If desired, add a few drops of soy sauce.

This product is simply perfect for fasting. Delicate, neutral noodles. And in order to deliver vitamins to the body, you can use anything with it. This time I decided to use champignons and my favorite vegetables. It turned out to be a quick meatless breakfast. Even if you don't know how to cook, udon noodles with mushrooms and an assortment of summer vegetables will satisfy you!

It’s a pity that I didn’t have a favorite color – red, but this one also looked good in the plate. Let's also depict it as a straw. Now it’s time for mushrooms. It would be possible to chop them up in the same format. But I like the mushroom to be thoroughly felt on the tooth. And it looks more decent in the finished dish. In a word, we’ll cut them into slices. It is advisable to take not a soft tomato, but one that is harder, so that you get a straw. As a last resort, then add the pulp to the pan. And the last component that will participate in heat treatment is garlic.
I chopped it finely and put it in oil heated in a frying pan. While the garlic was frying, I had to cook the noodles for 3 minutes, then add cold water! I’ve never seen anything like this before, but I prepared it according to the manufacturer’s instructions, and I was surprised - yes, the noodles turned out great. Place all the vegetables in the pan and after a minute of frying, cover everything with a lid. Let it languish in its own juice. Oh, how beautiful!
