In a deep container, combine cheese, herbs and bell pepper. Mix everything thoroughly. The filling is ready! Fill the tartlets with the prepared mixture. Roll each piece of salmon into a roll.

We place one such roll in each tartlet.

These canapés are very similar in the manner of preparation to the “Sailboat” canapes, however, they have certain differences.

Ingredients:

  • Salmon - 200 gr.
  • Black bread - 5 slices
  • Mayonnaise - to taste
  • Onion - 1 pc.
  • Canned green peas - for decoration

Preparation:

Cut the bread into squares and coat with mayonnaise. Cut the salmon into squares the same size as the bread and place it on top of it. We clean the onion, wash it and cut it into wide slices that would resemble the sails of a ship. We put a pea on a toothpick, then an onion and, finally, bread with salmon. The onion should be pierced with a toothpick in two places to create the appearance of a sail.

Canapes with salmon “Seven layers”

These canapés will be a real treat for any gourmet. It’s not difficult to prepare them, but you will need a lot of money to purchase food.

Ingredients:

  • Cream cheese - 300 gr.
  • Lemon zest - 1 tsp.
  • Lemon juice - 2 tsp.
  • Chopped greens - 2 tbsp. l.
  • Salt - ¼ tsp.
  • Black pepper - ¼ tsp.
  • Rye bread - 6 slices
  • Smoked salmon - 220 gr.
  • Red caviar - 50 gr.

Preparation:

Combine cream cheese with lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, pepper and chopped herbs. Mix everything thoroughly. Cut the bread into rectangles and grease them on one side with the cheese mixture. Place a piece of salmon of the same size on top of the spread side. Then we repeat the layers. At the very end, we grease the canapés with red caviar.

To prepare such canapés, skewers and toothpicks are not used. And in general, it has a rather interesting appearance, since it consists of several elements that can be eaten at will.

Ingredients:

  • Salmon - 200 gr.
  • Black olives - 1 jar (small)
  • Grapefruit - 1 pc.
  • Processed cheese - 2 pcs.
  • Garlic, mayonnaise, herbs - to taste
  • Loaf - ½ pcs.

Preparation:

Cut the loaf into slices. We peel the garlic, wash it and pass it through a garlic press. Grind the processed cheese on a coarse grater. Wash the greens and finely chop them. In one container, combine the cheese, herbs and garlic.

Mix everything thoroughly and roll cheese balls from the prepared mass. Cut the salmon into thin slices. We wrap one olive in each slice. Wash the grapefruit and cut into thin slices.

On the loaf we place an olive wrapped in salmon, a cheese ball and a slice of grapefruit. “Pearl” is ready to serve!

Canapes with caviar

If you want to impress your guests, you can prepare classic canapés with salmon and cheese, garnished with fine-grained caviar. This dish is worthy of the most special occasions.

Apply soft cheese to dried slices of white bread. Place a slice of cucumber on top, and then roll a slice of lightly salted salmon into a roll. Place the roll on a canapé and decorate it with caviar and a sprig of herbs. There shouldn't be a lot of caviar. Its main task is to decorate the appetizer.

Canapes with salmon and curd cheese on skewers

Take half the bread according to the recipe and spread with curd cheese. Sprinkle the top with finely chopped dill and pieces of salmon, having previously cut it into thin slices. Next, take the other remaining half of the bread and cover it on top. Press lightly. We ended up with a so-called sandwich made of bread with a layer of cottage cheese, dill and salmon. Cut off the crusts and cut the resulting sandwich into four pieces. Place a thin piece of cucumber and a piece of salmon on each piece. Roll the salmon into a roll or a rosette, as is convenient for you. Attach with a skewer to the olives strung on them. Place green salad leaves on a flat dish and salmon canapes on top. Really impressive.

Canapes with cream

Excellent canapés can be prepared from salmon filled with delicate cream. The filling can be prepared differently each time, so the snack will never get boring. For the dish, lightly salted fish must be cut into thin strips.

For the cream, take 190 g of any cottage cheese and 90 g of hard cheese. Grind the cheese and chop the greens. Combine cottage cheese, cheese, herbs, add pepper. Mix the ingredients until a homogeneous mass is obtained. The consistency of the cream resembles sour cream. Apply it to a strip of fish and roll it up. The filling will be in the middle of the roll. It can be pierced with a skewer for convenience and decorated with grapes or olives.

Juicy canapes with salmon and tomatoes

A successful recipe will always come in handy. A minimum of ingredients and maximum pleasure from this dish are simply guaranteed. To prepare canapés according to this recipe you need the following ingredients:

  • fresh baguette - 400 g;
  • lightly salted salmon - 150 g;
  • hard salted cheese - 50 g;
  • ripe but strong tomato - 1 piece;
  • butter - 50 g.
  1. The step-by-step preparation of canapés begins with preparing the baguette. The bread must be cut into thin slices and then cut in half.
  2. Cut the salmon into small squares and place on a baguette.
  3. Cut the cheese into a thin layer commensurate with the size of the fish and place in the next layer.
  4. Wash the tomato and cut into thin rings. Then cut each ring into four parts. Place the resulting triangles as the last layer on the sandwich.
  5. Decorate the finished dish with herbs and secure with a toothpick or a special skewer.
