At the very end, add soda. Mix and set the dough aside for 10 minutes.
During this time, let's make raisins. We wash it well and fill it with boiling water to swell.
Pour oil into the dough. Add 2 tbsp. boiling water and stir until smooth and bake pancakes.
Drain the water from the raisins and dry them on a paper towel. We combine all the ingredients for the filling. Mix well.
Distribute a tablespoon of filling over the entire surface.

Pour kefir into the bowl, quench the soda in it, add fine salt, flour, egg and stir well with a whisk, breaking up any lumps of dough. If the dough turns out thick, dilute with a small amount of water.
Grease pans for baking pancakes with vegetable oil using a silicone brush. You will need a little oil - 1 or 1.5 tbsp. l.
Scoop the dough into a ladle, pour it into a heated frying pan, and, tilting it, distribute the dough evenly over the bottom in a circular motion.
