Real egg noodles, homemade noodles are prepared without adding water! The dough of such noodles is very dense and it will no longer be possible to boil such noodles.   5. When the potatoes become soft, you can put the cooked noodles into the soup, followed by the greens. Cook the soup for another 10 minutes. At the end of cooking, you can add salt to the soup. If you want to give the soup a unique taste and beauty, you can add a chicken bouillon cube, so the broth will be brighter and tastier.
