2. Cut sweet peppers and carrots into strips, cut the onion into thin half rings.
3. Divide the tomatoes into 2 parts.

Lemon and garlic marinade recipe
Compound:
- 225 ml olive oil;
- 1 juicy lemon;
- 2 cloves of garlic;
- 1 tsp. salt;
- ¼ tsp. ground black pepper;
- ½ tsp. paprika.
Preparation:
- In a small bowl, whisk paprika, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper for about 30 seconds.
- Place the chicken in a large bowl and pour in the marinade.
- Refrigerate for at least 6 hours.
Baked chicken with potatoes
This recipe is a variation of the classic cooking method, and is in no way inferior to it.
You will need
- chicken meat 1 kg.
- potatoes 4 pcs.
- onions, carrots 1 pc.

Let's start cooking
1.Cut the chicken into portions, trim off the fat and skin.
2. Rub garlic, spices and salt into it.

Let's start cooking
1. We wash the chicken and remove excess moisture with paper napkins.

Appetizing chicken with beer
The recipe is very similar to the previous one, but slightly modified.
Here we will not coat the chicken with sauce, so it will almost be grilled. This method of cooking will make your meat just as tender and tasty.
Ingredients
- chicken carcass 1 pc.
- garlic 3 cloves.
- paprika 2 tbsp.
- beer 0.5 l.
- butter 200 g.
- ground pepper and salt to your taste.
Preparation
1. Melt the butter. Divide into 2 parts, combine one with chopped garlic, paprika and pepper. Mix.
2.The second part must be combined with beer and the remainder of the garlic.
3. Wash the chicken in advance and dry it. Place on the jar and spread with the creamy mixture with seasonings. You also need to tie the legs and wings.
4. Place the jar in a deep frying pan, add water into which the fat will drip during baking.
5. Cook the chicken at a temperature of 180 degrees for about 2 hours.

Recipe for chicken baked on a bottle of beer
The recipe, despite its simplicity, is very interesting. The expenditure of effort is minimal, and the result is above all praise. To bake chicken on a beer bottle, they often use water that is poured into this very bottle. I decided to use dark beer instead of water. Oh, what aromas were floating around the apartment. And the chicken tasted great.
Ingredients:
- Chicken - carcass
- Dark beer - 0.5 liters
- Garlic - 4 cloves
- Honey - 1 tbsp. spoon
- Grainy mustard - 1 tbsp. spoon
- Olive oil - 1 tbsp. spoon
- Soy sauce - 1 tbsp. spoon
- Coriander, ground cumin, nutmeg, sesame, mixture of Provençal herbs - 1 teaspoon each
Rinse the chicken carcass with running water. Take a pan so that the chicken can easily fit in it, pour water into it and dissolve 3 tablespoons of salt, then lower the chicken into it and leave for 1 hour.
In a bowl, mix the ingredients for coating the chicken: olive oil, soy sauce, honey, mustard, pressed garlic. Add coriander, cumin, nutmeg, sesame seeds and mix thoroughly.
Remember, chicken should marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Coat the chicken well outside and inside with the prepared sauce.
Take 1/4 of a bottle of beer and add a teaspoon of Provençal herbs into it.
Carefully place the chicken on the beer bottle and place the bottle on a baking sheet. By the way, pour the remaining beer mixed with water onto a baking sheet.
Place the baking sheet in a cold oven. Bake at 200 degrees for 1 hour, periodically baste the chicken with the resulting juice. The top may burn, so have a sheet of foil ready to cover the chicken in this case.
