  • ready puff pastry - 0.5 kg;
  • minced meat (any kind, preferably fatty) - 0.5 kg;
  • potatoes - 3-4 large;
  • onion - 1 head;
  • dry herbs;
  • spices for meat;
  • vegetable oil - for greasing the baking sheet;
  • butter - 50 g;
  • garlic - 2 cloves;
  • egg - 1 pc.;
  • salt - to taste.

The semi-finished dough product must be removed from the freezer in advance and wait until it has completely melted and regained its former elasticity.
