Cooking time 50 min.
- We begin our culinary process by washing the berries. Since blackberries absorb water very quickly and fall apart, this must be done very carefully. To do this, take a huge saucepan, fill it with cold water and put the berries in it in portions, then take them out with a colander and immediately lay them out on a towel so that they dry. The same should be done with all blackberries.
