Components:

  • blackberry fruits – 800 g;
  • sugar – 800 g.

The sorted blackberries are washed and slightly aired. Place in a multicooker bowl and add granulated sugar. Wait an hour for the juice to start releasing. Ingredients:

  • Powdered sugar 1 kg
  • Lemon ½ pcs.

Cooking time 50 min.

  • We begin our culinary process by washing the berries. Since blackberries absorb water very quickly and fall apart, this must be done very carefully. To do this, take a huge saucepan, fill it with cold water and put the berries in it in portions, then take them out with a colander and immediately lay them out on a towel so that they dry. Blackberry liqueur with and without vodka (fermented)

Ripe and overripe berries of any variety are suitable for making blackberry liqueur. First you need to sort them out, removing spoiled, rotten and moldy ones, then remove the stalks, wash and dry them.

5. Filter the finished liqueur through 3-4 layers of gauze.

6. If desired, add vodka (to taste) to increase the strength.

7. Pour the blackberry liqueur into storage bottles and seal tightly.

8. Before drinking, I recommend keeping the drink for 30-60 days in the refrigerator or basement to improve the taste. At a temperature of 5-16°C the shelf life is up to 5 years.
