You don’t have to go to KFS to enjoy a delicious signature dish. Wings can be prepared at home. It turns out very tasty and takes very little time.

Ingredients:

• wings – 1 kg; • vegetable oil – 3 tbsp. l.; • corn flakes – 1.5 cups; • granulated sugar – 2 tsp; • salt – 1 tsp; • spices (paprika, ginger, garlic, mixture of herbs) – to taste; • flour – 250 g.

For the batter:

• milk – 1 glass; • egg – 2 pcs.

For the sauce:

• soy sauce – 2 tbsp. l. • water – 1 liter; • salt – 1 tbsp. l.

Preparation:

1. Wash the wings, cut off the tips and put them aside. We divide the rest into two halves.


2. Mix all the ingredients for the sauce, soak the wings in it for 2 hours. Drain the liquid and transfer the contents of the pan to a paper towel to remove excess moisture.


3. Place the dried wings in a bag, add flour and mix. Combine all the ingredients for the batter and mix thoroughly.


5. Grind the flakes, season with salt, spices, salt, sugar and mix with a small amount of flour. Stir and the breading is ready.

One of the favorite dishes of visitors to the famous restaurant chain are wings with a delicious crispy crust. They are equally good as a snack or main meal.

Ingredients:

• chicken wings – 500 g.

For the marinade:

• water – 100 ml; • olive oil – 1 tsp; • ground red pepper – 10 g; • ground black pepper – 5 g; • chili pepper – 20 g; • ground ginger – 1 tsp.

For the batter:

• flour – 300 g; • paprika – 20 g; • water – 1 l.; • vegetable oil – 0.5 l.

Preparation:

1. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients for the marinade, stir with a whisk until smooth.


2. Place the wings in it, previously washed under running water, cut into two parts (we put the tips aside, they will not be needed). Leave to marinate for 5-12 hours.


3. Mix paprika with flour. Dip the wings into the mixture, shake off the excess, then place the wings in a bowl of cold water for 30 seconds.


4. Let the excess liquid drain and roll in flour again. 5. Place the wings in a deep pan with boiling oil and fry until brown.


6. To get rid of excess fat, place the wings first on a paper towel, then on a plate.

Main stages of preparation:

  1. Wash the chicken wings under the tap and dry with a towel. Cut the meat into two parts and discard the thinnest third of the wing. It will not add taste, but will only spoil the overall impression of the dish.
  2. Cut the hot pepper into two parts, remove the seeds completely. Chop the vegetable and grind it with salt. To do this, you can use a special masher.
  3. Mix the wings with the resulting mixture and ground chili pepper. Set aside for 35-45 minutes. It is advisable to keep the container away from direct sunlight.
  4. Carefully pour the corn flakes into a plastic bag, tie it well and place it on the work surface. We go over it several times with a rolling pin so that the product crumbles. At the same time, there is no need to turn it into flour, much less into “dust.”
  5. To prepare the batter, beat the eggs with a little salt. Bring the mass until smooth. Then add wheat flour, cayenne pepper and ground chili. Mix everything well again.
  6. Pour the corn flour into a bag and send the prepared wings there. Shake them well for several minutes.
  7. Heat the vegetable oil at medium comfort. Dip the meat into the batter, then roll it in flakes and immediately send it to fry on the stove. Constantly turning, cook the chicken wings for 7 minutes.
