  2. Take a mortar and grind spices in it, for example, use peppercorns, coriander and dry herbs. Be sure to add more salt. Thanks to grinding, spices perfectly reveal their aromas. After this, wipe the carcass with them, both outside and inside. Leave for 15 minutes. marinate;
  3. Cut the peeled onion into rings, and then fry them in hot oil until golden brown. After this, put the onion in the belly of the dorado, and also add a laurel leaf;

  5. One tomato should be cut into circles no more than 5 mm thick. Place them on the paper in the center and then add the fish. Pass the garlic through a press and brush the surface of the dorado with it, and then pour out the remaining oil. Cut the second tomato into slices and place them around the carcasses;

Recipe for stuffed dorado in the oven

The recipe includes the following products: 1 kg of dorado, 225 g of bell pepper, 125 g of carrots, 2 tomatoes, 100 g of leeks, lemon and herbs. For the sauce, prepare: 3 cloves of garlic, 3 tbsp. spoons of butter, salt and pepper.

  1. Cut the leek into half rings and chop the carrots on a medium grater. Cut the tomatoes into cubes and chop the greens;
  2. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion there, and then add the carrots and after a short period of time the pepper. Fry for another 5 minutes. Add the tomatoes and simmer for a couple more minutes. At the end, add herbs, salt and pepper. Stir and remove from heat;
  3. To make the sauce, combine oil, salt, pepper and pressed garlic. Stuff the prepared and cleaned fish with vegetables and place in a greased dish. Brush with sauce and place in the oven for 40 minutes. Set the temperature to 180 degrees. Serve with a wedge of lemon.

Dorado is a type of sea bream. Lives in warm seas. A distinctive feature of this fish is the presence of a golden crescent-shaped spot on its forehead. The color of the scales from the back to the abdomen smoothly changes from dark gray to silver. This fish is prepared in many countries around the world. There are different ways to cook dorado fish in the oven.

You will need for 6 servings:

  • dorado - 6 pcs;
  • lemon - 1 piece;
  • cherry tomatoes - 250 g;
  • rosemary - 2 sprigs;
  • dry oregano - 1 pinch;
  • red onion - 2 pcs;
  • dry basil - 1 pinch;
  • garlic - 2 cloves;
  • ground black pepper;
  • oil - 2 tbsp;
  • salt.

Dorado, recipe in the oven with cherry tomatoes:

  1. Wash the dorado, peel it, add salt and pepper.
  2. Inside (in the abdomen) put part of a sprig of rosemary, one slice of lemon (for convenience, you can cut it in half).
  3. Cover the baking sheet with foil and place the fish. Cover the dorado with foil.
  4. Place this preparation in a preheated oven for 20 minutes.
  5. Cut the onion into half rings.
  6. Crush the garlic cloves with a knife (flat side), then chop finely.
  7. Stir in onion, garlic, oregano and basil and add a little salt.
  8. Remove the dorado from the oven, remove the foil.
  9. Place cherry tomatoes around the fish.

  • dorado - 6 pcs;
  • mayonnaise - 3 tbsp. l;
  • garlic - 2 large cloves;
  • fresh lemon;
  • oil - 1 tbsp;
  • salt;
  • pepper.

Cooking dorado in the oven baked with mayonnaise:

  1. Clean the fish, wash it, dry it with a paper towel.
  2. Finely chop the garlic.
  3. Mix mayonnaise, garlic, salt, pepper.
  4. Coat the dorado with the prepared mixture inside and out.
  5. Place the fish on a baking sheet and place in a preheated oven for 30 minutes. Once the dorado has browned to a nice light brown color, it is ready.
