Brizol is prepared from a minimum amount of ingredients. But at the same time it turns out very tasty and nutritious. The most unusual thing about the recipe is the frying method. The meat is baked in a frying pan in a thin omelette. The trick here is in the method of assembling the dish.

There are several ways to transfer a thin cake of minced meat onto an already frying omelette. Some people can do this simply with their hands. But for convenience, you should use cling film or foil. It is the latter method that is described in the recipe.

Cooking instructions

Minced meat for making brizol can be taken from any type of meat.

Just keep in mind, for example, that pork will make the finished dish much fattier. If you take chicken meat, you should add more spices so that the boisol is not bland. Salt and pepper it.

Place all five eggs in a deep plate. This amount should be enough for the entire minced meat. But just in case, it’s better to have a few raw eggs in stock.

Whisk them with salt and pepper. There is no need to achieve the consistency of persistent foam. The main thing is that the whites combine with the yolks.

Place three tablespoons of minced meat on a rectangular piece of foil. We distribute it so that we get a circle one centimeter thick.

Heat up the frying pan. Pour in the egg mixture. There should be enough of it to cover the entire bottom. The eggs will immediately begin to fry, changing color.

Quickly move the minced cake onto the egg mixture.

Pour a little more egg mixture on top. It should cover the entire cake with a thin layer. Cover with a lid. We wait two minutes.

You need to turn the brizol over very carefully. The bottom egg layer should not remain in the pan. Fry the second side of the brizol for another three minutes.

  • Pork (tenderloin) – 500 gr.
  • Chicken eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Wheat flour (premium grade) – 2-3 tbsp. l.
  • Spices for meat, preferably without flavor enhancers or preservatives.
  • Salt.
  • Vegetable oil.
  • Cheese – 200 gr. (for a more complex recipe).

Cooking algorithm:

  1. Cut the tenderloin into equal thin portion pieces-plates. Beat it using a kitchen hammer and film. Salt and sprinkle each with spices.
  2. Beat the eggs until foamy using a fork or mixer. Heat oil in a frying pan.

Initially, you need to clean the squid very thoroughly. After this, each squid carcass should be cut in half and beaten with a wooden mallet. After this, dip each part of the squid into batter (the consistency of the batter should be similar to thick sour cream) and place in a preheated hot frying pan with sunflower oil.   • Minced lean pork – 500 gr.
  • Chicken eggs - 5 pcs., of which one egg is for minced meat, the rest is for omelet.
  • Dill – 50 gr.
  • Garlic – 3-4 cloves (depending on size).
  • Hard cheese – 150 gr.
  • Mayonnaise – 1 tbsp. l.
  • Salt.
  • Spices.
  • Oil for frying.

Cooking algorithm:

  1. The first stage is mixing the minced meat. Twist the pork, add the egg, salt, spices (you can also grate the onion). Mix well. Form the minced meat into 4 flat cakes.
  2. The second stage is preparing the filling for brizol. Grate the cheese, rinse the dill, dry it, chop it. Peel the garlic, finely chop it or use a press. Mix cheese with garlic and herbs, season with mayonnaise.

Recipe 5: how to cook brizol from minced pork

  • Minced meat (lean pork) - 500 g
  • Onion - 1 pc.
  • Garlic - 2 teeth.
  • Soy sauce - 2 tbsp. l.
  • Black pepper
  • Chicken egg - 4 pcs
  • Wheat flour / Flour - 100 g
  • Vegetable oil – 30 ml

Finely chop the onion and garlic and add to the minced meat! We also send 1 egg and Kikkoman soy sauce there. Salt and pepper to taste.

Mix well and then beat the minced meat for 2 minutes so that it does not crumble. Cover with cling film and place in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes.

Divide the minced meat into 3 equal parts (based on the size of your frying pan at the moment) and, using your hands, roll it into a flat cake and roll it in flour on both sides.

  1. Beat eggs with milk and salt, bake 4 thin omelettes-pancakes. Fry on both sides, turn over very carefully so as not to tear.
  2. Prepare minced meat by adding eggs, salt and spices. Dill, washed and chopped, mix with mayonnaise. Finely chop the mushrooms, canned mushrooms do not require additional heat treatment, fry raw champignons in a small amount of vegetable oil.

Preparation

Then season the beaten meat with salt, ground black pepper, bread it a little in flour and place it in a wide plate, in which we first beat the eggs with a fork or a whisk with the addition of salt. We heat it a little and let it completely submerge in the egg mass.

Pour a tablespoon of odorless vegetable oil into the frying pan, heat it thoroughly and, with a quick and deft movement, turn the contents of the bowl into it and, if necessary, quickly straighten the meat. As a result, the beaten chicken piece should lie flat in the pan along with the beaten eggs.

We brown the brizol for five minutes on one side, then, using a wide spatula, carefully turn it over so as not to break the integrity of the other side, and let it fry as well.

Ingredients:

  • minced meat – 200 g;
  • large eggs – 4 pcs.;
  • fresh champignons – 300 g;
  • pickled cucumbers (optional) – 100 g;
  • hard cheese – 100 g;
  • garlic – 1-2 cloves;
  • milk – 40 ml;
  • sour cream – 40 g;
  • mustard – 5-10 g;
  • odorless vegetable oil;
  • fresh herbs to choose from;
  • ground black pepper;
  • salt.

Preparation

First of all, let's prepare the filling for the brizol. To do this, wash, finely chop and fry the champignons in vegetable oil until cooked, seasoning them with salt and ground black pepper during frying. If desired, you can add onions to the mushrooms, after peeling them, chopping them into cubes or half rings with a knife and frying them until golden.

Next, chop the pickled cucumbers into small strips or cubes. If you don't like the savory note of this vegetable, you can replace it with an additional portion of mushrooms or add boiled eggs, ham or any other ingredient to your taste instead.

In a separate bowl, mix mushrooms, cucumbers and grated hard cheese. Add sour cream, mustard, peeled and finely chopped garlic, season the mixture to taste with salt, ground pepper and, if desired, chopped fresh herbs. The filling is ready, now let’s work on the base of the brizol.

The main way to prepare brizoli is over an open fire, but some housewives suggest using the oven - this makes it more healthy and tasty.

  • onion - 1 head;
  • wheat flour - 3 tablespoons;
