  5. Prepare all the other eggs in the same way. Afterwards, cool the pancakes and cut them into halves. After that, we chop each of them crosswise into ribbons;
  6. Now let's clean the pomegranate. It's very easy to do. First, rinse the fruit and wipe it dry. Now we cut off the top so as to slightly touch the top grains, i.e. completely cut off the empty dense part. If everything is done correctly, we will see rows of white veins extending from the cut base and “creeping” along the sides. We make cuts along them almost to the very bottom. Then turn the pomegranate upside down over a plate and start tapping it vigorously with a spoon. The grains will fly out into the dishes on their own;
  7. Walnuts can be added to the salad immediately or lightly fried in a dry frying pan for flavor. But in any case, they need to be chopped a little;

  • We first transfer the Korean carrots to a colander to drain off the excess marinade, and after 5-10 minutes we add them to the general salad.
  • Beat the eggs (with a pinch of salt and pepper) until the white and yolk are evenly mixed. After this, heat the frying pan over medium heat, grease it with oil and pour the egg mixture into it into an even thin pancake.

Fry the omelette on both sides until cooked, then roll it into a tube and cut it very thin into omelette noodles, which we combine with meat and cabbage.

As soon as a holiday comes, my husband always asks me to prepare his favorite salad with Korean carrots.

I can’t say why this salad was called that way, but it appeared in my family thanks to my mother, who copied the recipe from an employee. Once upon a time, my mother prepared it for the first time as a test, but everyone appreciated the taste of the salad and asked to cook it again. So this salad has taken root in my family a long time ago, and now I prepare it for my husband and children.

The dish has a very interesting taste! The “Anastasia” salad wonderfully combines chicken with ham, Chinese cabbage, pancakes, Korean carrots and walnuts. But a prerequisite is that all components are cut into strips or bars!

Recipe with beef, Korean carrots and pomegranate

This Anastasia salad recipe will not leave lovers of Korean carrots and lemon phlegmantic. Since the latter product appears on store shelves mainly only in winter, this dish will be a wonderful decoration for the New Year's table. In addition, a similar salad can be prepared without a special occasion, because it is filling, quite light and perfect for people watching their figure.

So, in order to prepare this delicious dish, we need the following ingredients: 200 grams of Korean carrots, one onion, 300 grams of white cabbage, 300 grams of beef, three chicken eggs, 50 grams of walnuts, one pomegranate and mayonnaise.

First you need to boil and cool the beef. Then we cut the meat and cabbage into strips and put them in a bowl. Peel the onion and chop into small cubes. Prepare an omelet from the eggs, cool and cut into strips. Grind the nuts with a masher or other suitable object. We extract the seeds from the lemon. Combine all ingredients, mix and season with mayonnaise. The salad is ready to serve! Since mayonnaise is used in production, it is not recommended to store this dish in the refrigerator for more than 12 hours.

Preparation

    Step 1: Boil the chicken.

    First we need to boil the chicken breast. To do this, rinse the chicken under cool running water and dry it with paper kitchen towels. Then we transfer it to a cutting board and use a knife to remove excess fat and chaff. After this, transfer the processed chicken breast into the pan. Fill the meat ingredient with clean water so that it completely covers the chicken. Turn the stove temperature to medium and place a pan with chicken breast on the burner. Add salt to the water to taste. Next, when the water boils, slightly reduce the temperature of the stove and cook for 25 - 30 minutes. During the cooking process, it is necessary to periodically remove the resulting foam from the surface of the liquid using a tablespoon or slotted spoon. After the required time has passed, remove the chicken breast from the water and transfer it to a plate to cool while we move on to other ingredients.

    Step 2: prepare pancakes.

    We wash the eggs under running water to remove various types of contaminants, dry them with paper kitchen towels and break them into a deep container. Using a whisk or regular fork, beat the eggs until smooth. Next, add the required amount of water and flour to them. Mix the mixture until smooth and you can start frying. Turn the stove temperature to medium, place a frying pan on the burner and pour a little vegetable oil into it. Once the fat is hot, pour about half of the egg mixture into the pan. And using a kitchen spatula, fry the pancake on both sides until a golden brown crust forms. In the same way, fry the second pancake and transfer the finished ones to a cutting board. Using a knife, chop the egg pancakes into strips of a size that is convenient to eat. Transfer the chopped ingredient into a salad bowl.

    Step 3: Grind the ingredients.

    Let's start chopping the ingredients with Chinese cabbage. We wash the vegetables under running water, dry them with paper kitchen towels and place them on a cutting board. Using a knife, cut the cabbage from the top across into strips, leaving about 5 - 7 millimeters. Transfer the chopped ingredient into a salad bowl. Next, we return to the chicken, it has already cooled down enough and you can start working with it. If your chicken breast has skin, then it needs to be removed, we also remove the bones and cartilage. After this, cut the clean meat into medium strips and also transfer it to a salad bowl. Then we take the ham out of the refrigerator, remove it from the packaging and place it on a cutting board. Using a knife, we also cut it into medium strips and put it in a salad bowl.

    Step 3: Dress the salad.

    Add ready-made Korean carrots to our chopped ingredients. Then, using a tablespoon, mix the salad thoroughly. Then we season it with mayonnaise to taste and you can serve.

Salad with Chinese cabbage, ham, chicken and fresh vegetables

Colorful and tasty salad with chicken breast, ham, herbs and fresh vegetables. The dish turns out bright, beautiful and healthy. Boil the chicken breast in advance and the salad will take no more than 15 minutes to prepare.

Ingredients:

  • Chinese cabbage (1 head);
  • boiled ham/sausage (200 g);
  • boiled chicken breast (200 g);
  • bell pepper – red, green, yellow (small, 1 pc.);
  • tomato (2 pcs.);
  • cucumber (2 pcs.);
  • red onion (1 pc.);
  • green onion (1 bunch);
  • parsley (1 bunch);
  • olive oil (4 tbsp);
  • lemon juice (2 tbsp);
  • garlic (3-4 cloves);
  • salt, freshly ground pepper (to taste).

Preparation:

  1. Make salad dressing - mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic (peel and press), salt and pepper. Beat with a fork and let it brew.
  2. Wash the Chinese cabbage, dry with a kitchen towel and chop into strips.
  3. Wash the bell pepper, remove the stem and seeds. Cut into small cubes.
  4. Wash the cucumbers and cut off the stems. Cut into small cubes.
  5. Wash the tomatoes, cut out the stem. Cut into small cubes and drain the juice.
  6. Peel, wash and chop the red onion into cubes.
  7. Wash the parsley and green onions and dry with a kitchen towel. Finely chop.
  8. Cut the ham and chicken breast into strips.
  9. Place all ingredients in a salad bowl, salt and pepper to taste. Pour over the dressing and mix thoroughly.
