  • ½ tsp. baking powder.
  • 1 tbsp. l. powdered cocoa.
  • Vanillin.

All this is needed to bake the base for the sweet roll. To make the airy filling, you will have to additionally prepare:

  • 200 g fresh cottage cheese.
  • 1 tbsp. l. unsalted butter.
  • 3 tbsp. l. fine powdered sugar and non-acidic thick sour cream.
  • 2 tbsp. l. coconut flakes.

You need to start preparing a sweet roll by creating biscuit dough. To do this, beat eggs with sugar in a clean deep container. The resulting mass is supplemented with cocoa powder, baking powder, vanillin and sifted flour. Mix everything vigorously, pour it onto a baking sheet lined with a piece of parchment, and bake at medium temperature. After fifteen minutes, the browned cake is removed from the oven, rolled up and cooled. As soon as it cools down, it is straightened and filled with a filling consisting of pureed cottage cheese, sweet powder, sour cream, coconut flakes and butter. The coated cake is rolled up again and served after an hour.

In order for coconut cookies to turn out tasty, fluffy and appetizing, when preparing them you need to remember several features of this dessert:

  1. There are many ways to prepare coconuts. Most recipes do not use wheat flour, but some replace it with oatmeal or coconut flour.
  2. Add a pinch of salt to the dough - this will make the taste of the baked goods more interesting and rich, and relieve it of cloying sweetness.
  3. You can add various dried fruits to the mixture for baking coconuts - they should be pitted and thoroughly chopped. Keep in mind that dried fruits will change the color of the dessert, making it darker.

  2. Grind the coconut in a blender. You will get small chips if you repeat this procedure twice. Pour the dry mixture into a frying pan with a thick bottom, place the pan on low heat and begin to dry, stirring with a spatula. Repeat the procedure several times, turning off the stove if the product begins to burn.

The finished shavings will be pure white. A creamy tint indicates that not all the moisture has come out of the coconut. One nut yields approximately 100 grams of the final product. The device is attached to the table, half of the coconut rests against the teeth and slowly turns.
